Carry your entire retail operation in your pocket. Built on native Capacitor architecture for Android smartphones and tablets, Tracepos delivers fast camera barcode scanning, Bluetooth ESC/POS receipt printing, and complete offline sales buffering.
Ditch heavy desktop setups and empower staff on the move.
No expensive laser scanning hardware needed. The Tracepos mobile app uses your phone's camera to scan standard 1D barcodes and 2D QR codes with sub-second autofocus and flashlight illumination for dim warehouse aisles.
Pair your Android phone or tablet with any standard portable 58mm or 80mm Bluetooth thermal printer. Print receipts instantly at the customer's doorstep, delivery van, or pop-up market stall.
Poor mobile reception in the market? No problem. Sales transactions, customer receipts, and stock counts buffer safely into local SQLite storage (`offline-sync-logs`). As soon as internet is detected, data syncs automatically.
Treat each delivery vehicle as a mobile warehouse. Load the van in the morning, track sales made along the delivery route, collect cash or bank transfers, and reconcile stock remaining in the van at end-of-day.
Warehouse supervisors can walk the aisles with their phone, scanning shelf barcodes and entering counted figures. Tracepos compares actual counts against expected system figures and flags variances immediately.
Business owners can monitor their entire operation while traveling abroad or sitting in traffic. Check real-time sales across all stores, approve purchase orders, view cash balances, and receive low-stock alerts.
"We distribute packaged dairy and biscuits to over 400 neighborhood kiosks across Benin City and Warri using 12 delivery vans. Our drivers used to write paper receipts and frequently lost track of stock. Equipping our drivers with the Tracepos Android app and portable Bluetooth printers transformed our operation. Drivers scan barcodes, issue receipts at the kiosk, and sync everything when they return to depot. Our evening driver reconciliation time dropped from 3 hours to 15 minutes."
